1. Booking Confirmation:

All bookings for the Bridge + Grace Content Studio are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Bookings can be made through our online scheduling system.

2. Equipment Usage:

Clients are responsible for using all equipment provided by the Content Studio in a proper and safe manner.
Any damage to the equipment resulting from misuse or negligence will be the client's responsibility and may incur additional charges.

3. Return of Equipment:

Clients must return all equipment in the same working condition it was issued.
Any damages or missing items will be assessed, and charges may apply for repair or replacement.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation:

Clients may reschedule or cancel their bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refunds:

Refunds for cancellations made within the eligible time frame will be processed within [10] business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.

6. Studio Policies:

Clients are expected to adhere to all studio policies and guidelines provided by Bridge + Grace Management Consulting and Bridge + Grace Studios.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in the termination of the booking without a refund.

7. Right to Refuse Service:

Bridge + Grace Management Consulting and Bridge + Grace Studios reserves the right to refuse service to any client who violates these terms and conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior.

8. Changes to Bookings:

Changes to bookings, including rescheduling or cancellations, must be communicated to Bridge + Grace Management Consulting and Bridge + Grace Studios in a timely manner.

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Wichita, Sedgwick County, and the state of Kansas. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration or mediation.

10. Agreement Acceptance:

By confirming a booking with Bridge + Grace Studios, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

11. Late Booking Arrival and/or Departure

We understand that life happens and we always want to make this experience memorable for you. When preparing for your booking ensure that you arrive promptly as others will be using the space after your departure. should you depart after your scheduled booking time, please note that an additional fee of $75 will be charged to your card on file for the additional studio usage.
